HEAVENRICH & COMPANY CLOSES ON HANOVER PARK SKILLED NURSING FACILITY
Chicago, IL, June 10, 2016 –Heavenrich & Company announced the successful sale of Claremont of Hanover Park, the eleventh facility of a Chicago-area skilled nursing and post-acute portfolio sold by Symphony Post Acute Network to Mainstreet. The transaction completes the sale of Symphony’s portfolio of 2,477 licensed beds. The other ten facilities in the portfolio closed on October 30, 2015.
